Before your visit
What should I bring?
A valid ID, your insurance or health plan card, a list of medicines you take, and any recent test results or x-rays.
How do I get my lab results?
Most results are ready the same day. We'll text you when they're ready, and your doctor will go through them with you in person or by video.
Can I see a doctor without an appointment?
Yes. General consultations are walk-in every day. Specialists are by appointment so we can give you enough time.
Do you offer home visits?
For elderly or bedridden patients within 10 km of the clinic, yes. Call us to arrange a visit.
